Nss250 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions binding on every user who registers and uses the nss250 platform. Please read it carefully before using any of our services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.
These terms apply to all registered nss250 users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the nss250 platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you immediately agree to comply with and be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the nss250 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the management of the nss250 platform. This agreement takes effect from the date of your account registration and remains in force for as long as your account is active. nss250 reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform following any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services on the nss250 platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of being registered by a minor without prior notice.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the nss250 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including the forfeiture of any balance held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details you provide must reflect your true identity, as nss250 may request identity verification at any time — particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed the stipulated limit.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your login credentials is your responsibility, even if carried out by another party without your knowledge. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support immediately.
Nss250 recommends using a strong, unique password that is different from those used on other platforms. Two-factor authentication is also available to enhance your account security and is strongly encouraged for all users, especially VIP members.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform's functionality
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account
- Using the platform for money laundering or any criminal activity
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users
- Engaging in any form of fraud related to deposits, bonuses, or promotions
- Ensuring the platform is used for personal purposes only
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia
- Updating your personal information if any changes occur
- Reporting any technical errors or suspicious transactions promptly
- Playing within your own financial means and practising responsible gaming
- Ensuring no minors use your device to access the platform
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the nss250 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via the approved payment methods listed in the Deposit section of the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected and your account's VIP tier.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the nss250 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension. nss250 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the stipulated limit.
Any bonus credited to an account is subject to the minimum wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms before a withdrawal can be processed. nss250 reserves the right to void any bonus if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period or if bonus fraud is found to have occurred.
Limitation of Liability & Account Suspension Policy
Limitation of Platform Liability
Nss250 is not liable for any financial losses, data loss, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, or from service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party service provider failures, or natural disasters.
The nss250 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or interruptions. That said, we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times and will notify users of any planned maintenance.
Account Suspension & Closure
Nss250 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for any of the following reasons without prior notice: fraud or attempted fraud, violation of any terms in this document, suspicious activity or conduct contrary to Malaysian law, multiple account registrations, or at the user's own request.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by the user or for reasons unrelated to a violation, any valid balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the nss250 platform — including logos, trademarks, interface designs, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of nss250 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from nss250.
Unauthorised use of nss250's intellectual property may result in legal action. Users who become aware of any third-party infringement of nss250's intellectual property rights are encouraged to notify us through our customer support channels.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Nss250 reserves the right to modify, add, or replace any part of these terms at any time. The updated terms will be published on this page with the latest revision date. Continued use of the platform after the revision date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage users to check this page periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the nss250 platform should first be resolved through negotiation.
